Founders
Risen Ridge Ministry was birthed out of a vision given to founders, Chris and Jen Beck in 2014. Since then, they have left their occupations to serve the Lord at Risen Ridge Ministry full time. Through their obedience and walk of faith, Risen Ridge Ministry opened its doors to the community in September of 2020.
Chris and Jen met in Charlottesville and were married in 2002. Together, they have 6 children and enjoy serving their community through their farm animals. As of 2025, they have 8 cows, both diary cows and beef cows, 8 cats, 2 dogs, and about 60 chickens.

Chris was a police officer for 20 years before being called into full-time ministry. He learned valuable leadership, organizational, and management skills that he utilizes at Risen Ridge today.
He has been gifted with a powerful prophetic voice and truly enjoys spending time with the Lord.

Jen started riding horses at the age of 5 and had a career as a barn manager and professional dressage rider before becoming a mother. She brings her God-given passion for nature, caring for His creation, and her organizational skills to Risen Ridge.
